اقامت خود در کانادا را به عنوان نیروی کار ضروری تمدید کنید

 

 

صندوقداران، نظافتچیان و نیروی کار مراقبت های بهداشتی از جمله عناوین شغلی ضروری و واجد شرایط شرکت در برنامه های جدید مهاجرتی کانادا هستند.

 

از تاریخ ۶ می ۲۰۲۱ (۱۶ اردیبهشت ۱۴۰۰)، نیروی کار خارجی موقت در ۱۳۵ مشاغل ضروری می توانند برای اخذ اقامت دائم از طریق برنامه‌های مهاجرتی جدید اقدام کنند.

 

اگر در خارج از کبک کار می کنید، می توانید یکی از ۵۰,۰۰۰ نفری باشید که انتظار می رود از طریق برنامه جدید نیروی کار خارجی موقت در مشاغل ضروری، به اقامت دائم کانادا برسند.

 

این برنامه تا ۵ نوامبر ۲۰۲۱ (۱۴ آبان ۱۴۰۰) یا تا زمان پر شدن ۲۰,۰۰۰ ظرفیت برای کارکنان حوزه بهداشت و ۳۰,۰۰۰ ظرفیت برای سایر نیروی کار ضروری باز خواهد بود.

 

اگر به زبان فرانسوی صحبت می کنید می توانید از طریق شرکت در برنامه مهاجرتی نیروی کار خارجی موقت فرانسوی زبان در مشاغل اساسی، واجد شرایط دریافت اقامت دائم باشید. در حال حاضر این برنامه تعداد نامحدودی ظرفیت دارد. زیرا کانادا در طول تاریخ در جذب مهاجران فرانسوی زبان خارج از استان کبک مشکل داشته است.

 

 

آیا واجد شرایط هستید یا خیر؟

 

برای واجد شرایط بودن، باید در سه سال گذشته حداقل یک سال سابقه کار در یکی از مشاغل مورد نیاز و ضروری را در کانادا داشته باشید. ۴۰ عنوان شغلی قابل قبول در برنامه ویژه خدمات درمانی و بهداشتی و ۹۵ عنوان شغلی برای سایر نیروی کار ضروری وجود دارد.

همچنین اگر دارای تجربه نیمه وقت یا معادل ۱۵۶۰ ساعت کار در یکی از این مشاغل اساسی باشید، می توانید واجد شرایط قرار گیرید.

 

برای شرکت در هر دو برنامه مهاجرتی جدید، لازم است که در زمان ثبت درخواست، در کانادا مشغول به کار باشید. فعالیت شما نمی تواند در قالب خود اشتغالی باشد. تنها پزشکان در موارد خاصی می‌توانند به عنوان خوداشتغال واجد شرایط باشند.

 

شما باید با وضعیت معتبر اقامت موقت یا واجد شرایط تمدید وضعیت اقامت در کانادا ساکن باشید. همچنین باید قصد اقامت در استانی غیر از کبک را داشته باشید.

 

شما باید نمره زبان حداقل CLB۴ در تمام بخش‌ های آزمون زبان انگلیسی یا فرانسوی کسب کرده باشید. برای واجد شرایط شدن در برنامه مهاجرتی مختص فرانسوی زبانان حداقل NCLC۴ نیاز است. نداشتن سابقه کیفری یا معذورات پزشکی نیز از سایر شرایط مورد نیاز است.

 

 

مشاغل واجد شرایط

 

اداره مهاجرت، پناهندگی و شهروندی کانادا (IRCC)، برنامه های جدید برای نیروی کار ضروری را به دو دسته A و B تقسیم کرده است.

 

دسته A برای فعالین حوزه خدمات درمانی و بهداشتی است. ساکنین موقت که در مشاغل مرتبط با حوزه سلامت کار می کنند، نمی توانند از تجربه کاری در مشاغل ضروری دیگر برای ثبت درخواست در قالب برنامه‌ دسته A استفاده کنند.

 

دسته B برای نیروی کار ضروری در مشاغل دیگر است و آن‌ها می توانند هر تجربه کاری در مشاغل مد نظر را در برای ثبت در درخواستشان استفاده کنند.
