سلام وقت بخیر وقتی یک پرونده در کورت موفق می شود مجددا باید با یک سری مدارک آبدیت شده باید به اداره مهاجرت برگردد اگر مدارک شما خوب باشه احتمال موفقیت تون بالا خواهد بود اما اگر مدارک آبدیت شده شما هم نواقصی رو داشته باشه باز هم ممکنه ریجکت بشید برای همین توصیه می کنیم بعد از رفع ریجکتی مدارک خوب و قوی و آبدیت شده به اداره مهاجرت دوباره ارسال کنید

سلام. برای کالج سنکا اقدام کردیم. 20 ساله هستم. ریجکت شد. دلیل ریجکت هم فقط FAMILY TIE فامیلی تای اعلام شده؟ نظرتون چیه که این پرونده به کورت بره؟
4 روز پیش ریجکتش اومد. اولین ریجکت میباشد.

سلام وقت بخیر این امکان وجود نداره که درصد ریجکتی ویزای تحصیلی رو برآورد و یا اعلام کرد چون بستگی به شرایط شما و نظر آفیسر داره اگر بتونید پرونده خوب و قوی ارائه دهید خوب مطمئنا احتمال پذیرفته شدن ویزاتون زیادتره

سوال شما خیلی کلی هست. درصد ریجکتی تابع خیلی از فاکتور ها و شرایط هست. مثلا درصد ریجکتی ویزای تحصیلی کانادا برای ایرانیان با ژاپنی ها کاملا متفاوت هست. حتی در جامعه ایرانیان درصد ریجکتی در مقطع لیسانس با فوق لیسانس و دکتری متفاوت هست. همینطور سن میتونه در درصد ریجکتی تاثیر گذار باشه. اما طی آمار منتشر شده اداره مهاجرت درصد موفقیت ویزای تحصیلی برای ایرانیان به طور کلی طی سالیان گذشته حدود 40 تا 45 درصد بوده. ولی در مجموعه e-Visa Immigration این درصد بالای 85درصد بوده.
